If you are looking for a new challenge where you will be part of a talented team of data experts and unconventional thinkers then this opportunity is for you Our client in the data analytics space is currently experiencing growth and is now looking for a **Client Success and Process Improvement specialist** to be part of their expanding team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is data-focused, collaborative and enjoys building & improving processes and driving operational efficiency. **More about the role**: - Reporting to the CMO, you will have a strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and inefficiencies as well as analyse existing processes, recommend improvements and/or develop new SOPs to enhance operations and workflows. - You will ensure successful implementation and adoption of new processes which includes training and educating staff to achieve consistency and accuracy. - You will also monitor and address any deviations as well as provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure process adherence all throughout the organisation. - Client satisfaction and retention is a priority: you will collaborate with various teams such as the client management team to understand client needs and expectations as well as develop strategies and recommendations to enhance overall satisfaction, experience and retention rates. - Working closely with the data analytics team, you will strengthen client relationships by being their "go-to" resource as well as managing project timelines and providing regular updates to ensure strong connection and delivery from the team to the clients. - As the main point of contact, communication is key: you will run client onboarding workshops, assist the team in acquiring access to all digital accounts, manage client expectations and liaise clients needs & objectives to the team. **What we are looking for**: - Proven experience in account management, process improvement, project management or a similar role. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field. - You are skilled in utilising **Hubspot** to identify, measure and monitor areas of improvement. - You have at least a basic understanding of **Google Analytics** or **GA4**; and experience with **SEO** and/or **Paid Media** tools is a plus. - Constantly and consistently up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and technological advancements in data analytics, marketing and process optimisation. - You are collaborative and possess strong communication skills: you can convey complex information to diverse stakeholders and can influence stakeholders at various levels of the organisation. - You have a keen eye for detail and focus on accuracy and quality in all deliverables. - You are looking for the next step in your career where you can make a significant impact that will help businesses grow online. **Muneera** at 02 8396 6800.
