Our Legal and Governance Group Process Improvement team partners with Governance and Company Secretarial teams to make work simpler, faster and more effective. We work closely with operations and technology colleagues to redesign processes, introduce innovative tools, and support teams as they adapt to new ways of working.
This is a 12-month contract.

What role will you play?
As a Process Improvement Analyst, you will collaborate with teams to map and redesign workflows, making them more efficient and accessible. You will identify and help implement technology solutions, including automation, and guide teams through change by providing clear communication and practical support. Your work will contribute to building capability and momentum for process improvement across the Legal and Governance Group.
What you offer
- Experience in process improvement, business analysis, or service design, with familiarity in process mapping tools and techniques
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly and simply, using plain language and visual tools
- A curious and thoughtful approach, with confidence to ask insightful questions and challenge assumptions
- Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional teams and adapting to changing requirements
- Exposure to AI or automation in a business context is highly regarded.
- Qualifications in process improvement or design thinking, and experience in legal, governance or professional services environments is valuable.
