Seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist with a full understanding of full procure to pay processes.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
PERSOLKELLY have partnered with a large manufacturing company that operate nationally. There is an opening for a Process Improvement Execution role within the Accounts Payable function. This role sits in Shared Services and will be working closely with Procurement and the Accounts Payable team. This role will the review procure-to-pay processes. You will be working through a list of actions/priorities across multiple locations (onshore and offshore), across different business units and suppliers.

**YOUR DUTIES**:

- Review all supplier invoices being duplicated. Use WebMethods to identify the source
- Review the suppliers who are sending their invoices to the wrong mailbox, some may transact across multiple systems. Contact the supplier and go over the correct procedure
- Review the invoices coming into the Accounts Payable mailbox, if incorrect reach out and talk through the process to ensure the process is understood
- Review the Electronic Delivery Documents for missing information and follow-up with suppliers to complete the documents
- Review aging intercompany invoices and follow-up to resolve
- Review invoices coming in that require a large number of touches. Investigate route cause and mitigate action to ensure future invoices pass through quickly
- Review the PO policy with the business and vendors to ensure adherence to GFG PO policy

**PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Senior Accounts Payable experience - 5+ years experience with a full understanding of full procure to pay processes
- Vendor accounts reconciliations experience
- Large ERP systems experience - SAP preferable
- Strong relationship management experience
- Excellent communicator - both written and verbal
- Microsoft Excel skills - intermediate level
- Strong reporting experience
- Excellent attention to detail
