**The Opportunity**
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Account Manager to join our expanding team. You’ll work with a diverse portfolio of B2B and B2C clients—including iconic names like DHL, Yamaha, and LVMH—plus plenty of up-and-coming challengers across a variety of industries. If you love collaborating, problem-solving, and making things happen, you’ll fit right in.
**What You’ll Do**
- **Client Leadership**: Build strong, positive relationships with clients, acting as their go-to advisor and ensuring their needs are met with best-in-class service.
- **Strategic Guidance**: Provide smart, actionable recommendations across brand, digital & marketing —helping clients achieve their business goals.
- **Project Management**: Oversee the day-to-day delivery of campaigns and projects, keeping everything on track, on budget, and on brief. You’ll work closely with our project management, creative, and development teams to bring ideas to life.
- **Creative Briefing**: Craft clear, insightful briefs that inspire great work and align with client objectives.
- **Financial Management**: Handle budgeting, resource planning, and financial reporting for your accounts—ensuring transparency and efficiency.
- **Growth & Innovation**: Spot opportunities for organic growth, keep clients up to speed on the latest digital trends, and help drive new business pitches.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Keep everyone in the loop—from clients to internal teams and senior agency leaders—ensuring seamless communication throughout every project.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Solid experience in an agency or client-side environment, with a proven track record of delivering successful, innovative campaigns and projects.
- Strong digital marketing expertise - across the board experience
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- A knack for managing multiple projects, timelines, and budgets with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience collaborating with strategy, creative, and production teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- A collaborative, curious, and positive mindset—someone who loves what they do and brings energy to every project.
**Bonus Points For**
- Experience working with both B2C and B2B clients, especially major consumer brands.
- Proficiency in tools like ClickUp, Hubspot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
