We are seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Finance team in Sydney. In this role, you will:
- Create, send, and track invoices promptly and accurately.
- Monitor incoming payments and post them to the correct invoices.
- Regularly reconcile accounts receivable ledgers and bank accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, Plan Managers, and the NDIA to support smooth payment processes and resolve queries.
This role ensures compliance with financial policies and regulations, while supporting the efficient operation of the Finance function and maintaining positive client relationships.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Accounts Receivable and administration.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to work across different systems.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail with solid time management and organisation.
- Experience within the NDIS or health/disability sector highly regarded.
- Ability to work onsite for training and hold (or obtain) myID registration for NDIA access.
- Experience using: Carelink,MYOB, Ezy Collect. Quickclaims
