You are confident leading accounts end to end, from strategy through to execution. You love developing smart, creative ideas, bringing them to life, and seeing results that exceed client expectations. You are also a natural mentor, happy to guide and support junior staff while still rolling up your sleeves when it counts.

This Senior Account Manager role is with our client, Maven PR, a boutique agency that makes an impact. Their small, tight knit team is collaborative, creative, and passionate about what they do. Whether it is a long term client or a fast paced consumer campaign, the work is always varied and engaging. They are looking for someone who is ready to step up, lead major accounts with confidence, and contribute to the agency's continued growth.

Day to day, you will lead campaigns, manage clients, and make sure work is delivered to the highest standard. You will use your media networks, deliver activations, manage budgets, and provide trusted guidance that keeps clients coming back. There is also real opportunity to grow with the agency, with clear pathways to step into senior leadership as you progress.

What matters most is your confidence, creativity, and ability to lead with both professionalism and passion. You bring the skills to deliver results, the drive to keep growing, and the energy to make a real impact.

The role is full time, Monday to Friday in Darlinghurst, with hybrid flexibility once you have settled in.
