Service Desk Analyst
- Initial 4 - 6 Month contract opportunity
- Inner City Location - Private Healthcare
- Level 1 and 2 Support - Hyper Care
This large private healthcare provider has recently implemented a new workforce management tool and as such are looking for a service desk analyst to join their team during a period of hyper care.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answering Hyper Care calls
- Assigning tickets to the appropriate groups
- Ability to articulate technical information to the targeted audience
- Customer centric and customer focused
- Professional customer service skills
**Key Skills**:
- Experience with Genesys phone systems
- Experience with remote access technologies and managing remote customers
- Experience with Cherwell on Demand ticketing system
- Experience working in a Hyper Care environment
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
