**The Company**:
Lotus People are delighted to be partnering with a well-known medical educational institution located in Macquarie Park. Being based in the university, their extensive health services are informed by ground-breaking research and education. This organisation is one of Australia's most comprehensive not-for-profit healthcare providers, who provide health services for common, complex and rare medical conditions.

**The Role**:
In this newly created opportunity reporting into a passionate CEO, you will be responsible for providing management and operational support for the seven Health Clinics. Each specialised clinic, consisting of practice managers and administrational staff run independently from the hospital. With this role, you will support with the implementation of growth plans, budget approvals and strategic objectives to see further success within the clinics.

**The Duties**:

- Collaborate and support the development and growth of all clinics, working closely with the Practice Managers and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategic changes, policies and procedures in line with organisational values.
- First point of contact for escalations and approvals in relation to effective clinic operations. Liaising with the Finance, Human Resources and Marketing teams.
- Monitor patient survey feedback working closely with the Hospital Admissions department to ensure positive patient experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced Practice Manager or medical professional looking to progress in their career - you will work alongside a fantastic leadership team within an impressive organisation as they continue to achieve great things and punch above their weight.
- Experience with people management and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience developing and implementing operational policies, procedures and initiatives
- Experience within the medical sector.
- Experience working within growing business or change management highly desirable
