**Description**:
As HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for driving and implementing national HR initiatives across our operations in VIC/SA/TAS, providing hands-on generalist HR operational support around recruitment, employee relations, HR administration and key HR projects.

What you will be doing
- Provide support to and work closely with our Site Managers, Team Members and Clients to proactively nurture positive relationships and drive high performance
- Recruit key roles for the operational and support teams
- Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit processes
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the business
- Rollout national HR initiatives and training
- Build strong employee engagement
- Maintain the HR information system with new hires, onboarding, job changes and terminations
- Navigate and resolve employee relations issues with support from the National P&C
- Support line managers to implement and manage team member’s objectives and KPIs
- Provide advice to team members on HR policies and payroll queries
- Coordinate and support the annual appraisal review and remuneration review

**Skills and Experiences**:
Essential background
- 3+ years of HR Generalist and blue collar experience
- Demonstrated experience in managing employee relations issues

Degree or Diploma in Human Resources

You will also have
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal; superior attention to detail
- Ability to act as a confidential sounding board for both managers and employees
- Hands-on and practical approach with sound judgement
- Heart and professionalism, with a strong customer service focus
- Strong work ethic - self driven with a high sense of urgency and superior time management skills
- Ability to travel to sites within VIC
- Fully vaccinated in COVID-19
