As our Head of Operations for VIC, TAS, SA, WA, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic success and daily operational management of our prestigious branded business. You will be tasked with spearheading the rapid expansion of our luxury network through dynamic sales strategies and strategic acquisitions, including Travel Associates Independents.

As a leader your role will be to propel the Brand and Business Plan across our network, maximising sales productivity and profitability with precision. Your expertise in managing retail resources will ensure efficient and effective operations, while your commitment to nurturing and empowering your team will be evident in every aspect of luxury operations. Cultivating powerful relationships with Business Leaders, suppliers, and industry peers is essential for success in this role, as is the ability to embody and promote our company's culture and brand values.

**_ This role can be based in either Melbourne or Sydney; Role closing 1st of August._**
- 8-10 years’ experience in the Travel Industry
- At least 5 years’ experience in leadership of a high-performance environment
- Proven track record in achieving targets
- Coaching and development experience
- Understanding luxury travel and the external market
- Strong communication skills, strong presentation skills and an understanding of HR practices and policies within the business

**Your Role & Responsibilities**:
Run Successful & Profitable Businesses
- Communicate a compelling vision and embody company philosophies
- Master the TA/luxury brand roadmap and cultivate entrepreneurial spirit in Business Leaders
- Review and input office locations, maintain active business plans, and oversee workforce planning
- Shape product strategy, ensure brand reflection in businesses, and pursue growth opportunities
- Collaborate with the LUXURY SWOT team for brand objectives

Retention & Engagement of Our People
- Lead and mentor Business Leaders, fostering Travel Associates' DNA and culture
- Drive employee retention, development, and engagement, while promoting the brand
- Communicate goals, mentor regularly, and celebrate achievements
- Expand the Travel Associates Independent model and network for prospective employees

Client Retention & Growth
- Connect advisors with luxury client databases and target development opportunities
- Host engagements and events, focusing on sales coaching and client growth strategies
- Identify new office locations for brand expansion and boost market share

Luxury Local Growth
- Implement initiatives and identify partnerships to grow the Luxury Pillar and Independent Market
- Advance both branded and unbranded businesses for market expansion

Strong Industry Representation
- Lead regional Luxury Leadership with active PR, industry event participation, and networking
