**JTB Australia** is expanding and we are seeking a **Tour Coordinator** to join our dynamic **Inbound Travel Team** in our centrally located Sydney CBD office.

About the Role

As a Tour Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering memorable Australian travel experiences to our Japanese clients. This is a varied and fast-paced role requiring flexibility, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotes and customized tour packages for clients in Japan
- Create compelling travel proposals for JTB Japan and other outbound partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Australian travel suppliers
- Manage bookings and itineraries using internal travel systems
- Provide professional customer service over the phone and in person
- Recommend Australian attractions and prepare product information for JTB Japan
- Support the wider team with administrative and coordination tasks

Essential Skills & Experience
- Fluent spoken and written **Japanese** (business/professional level)
- Knowledge of Australian tourism attractions and destinations
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn and use booking systems
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Experience in the travel or tourism industry is highly desirable
