**Job description**

The Rococo Restaurant Group are looking to hire a marketing manager / bookings coordinator to join our ever growing team.

You will work closely with the director and restaurant mangers.

**About the company;**
Our aim when we launched Rococo back in 2005, and to this day, has always been to provide Melburnians with simple, honest, delicious Italian food. We have 2 busy venues, the first is located in the heart of St.Kilda, on Acland Street. Since opening in 2005 as an 80 seat restaurant, our St.Kilda venue has expanded to 300+seats. Our second venue is located on Glenferrie Road, Hawthorn. This beautiful, light filled venue has been open since 2008. Our third venue will also be opening soon in Point Cook. We are passionate about all things food and wine and believe in the creating an experience for all our guests.
- Is friendly people person
- Is experienced in managing bookings, responding to customer queries and selling event spaces.
- Has a warm personality and who can develop positive rapport with clients and who can confidently promote the Rococo and what we offer
- Has great phone etiquette
- Can improve and update our current booking policy and procedures and implement across the 3 venues to maximise revenue.
- Can work independently and with the team
- Liaise and work with our restaurant managers and director to improve systems.
- Is experienced using social media and online channels for the cost-effective marketing of the business
- Has previous experience creating and implementing marketing strategies
- We are looking for someone who is flexible with hours and can attend & oversee events including weekends if necessary
- Hospitality experience is highly regarded as is experience using opentable booking system.

Pay: $60,000.09 - $65,000.00 per year
