**About the Role**
- Coordinate training enrolments and requirements for sites
- Produce training reports and records
- Research and recommend suitable training courses as required
- Support the development and publication of training materials
- Enroll all new starters with required onboarding training
- Maintain safety qualification, licensing, training, and equipment registers and documentation
- Provide administrative support including timesheet and data entry
- Knowledge of processing payroll
- Mobilisation to sites including booking flights and accommodation

- Highly self-directed, organized and detail oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to manage priorities and achieve work-related objectives and goals
