**About the role**:
We’re committed to developing a sustainable and highly skilled rail workforce, and our Training Department plays a key role in ensuring only best practice is taught and followed by those both new to the industry and those already in it.

Based out of our Perth Airport office you will undertake a variety of tasks that you are responsible for such as:

- Client quoting.
- Manage training bookings & enrolments.
- Record and invoice keeping.
- Issue certificates.
- Address inquiries from staff, clients, and stakeholders.
- Monthly reporting.
- Trainer scheduling.

As well as providing administration for ad hoc tasks that support a number of our key programs and the personnel involved with those, including our BHP Traineeship Program, Train Driver Assistant Schools, and Cert II Rail Infrastructure Traineeships.

It is important to note that while workplace flexibility is a priority for us the working hours for this role are fixed to Monday to Friday, 7:00AM to 3:00PM. We also offer one WFH day per week

**About you**:
It sounds like a great role doesn’t it, so what do we expect of you?
- A senior certificate or higher level of education is preferred however we are also able to offer a Certificate III in Business traineeship.
- Prior operational or administrative experience in an RTO environment will be highly regarded.
- Ability to complete administrative activities with an exceptional attention to detail.
- High level of communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to communicate and liaise effectively with people at all levels of an organisation.
