The Role
A permanent, part-time opportunity has arisen for a friendly, organised and motivated individual to join our South Guildford based team in the role of Support Services Administrator. While administration based, this role has an emphasis on training and certification requirements for our employees across Australia.

**Responsibilities will include but not be limited to**:

- Coordination of training and certification sign-ups, compliances and completions
- Maintenance of training records and employee files
- Liaising with external training providers
- Provide training related support to site-based and corporate staff
- General administration support, as required

As an experienced administrator you will bring well-developed communication and time management skills in addition to a professional and approachable manner.

Experience and Skills
- 3 years’ experience in an Administrator position
- Previous experience in a Training Administration role is desired, but not essential.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise work effectively
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- High attention to detail
- Proactive and highly motivated
