**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Currently we are seeking a
**Training Administrator** to join our team based in West Perth. Reporting to the Training Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our Training function ensuring all compliance requirements are met. Key duties include:
- Update training databases with qualifications and competencies.
- Booking client site-specific induction and training.
- Liaise with the mobilisation team regarding site-specific training.
- Liaise with the recruitment department regarding position-specific training requirements.
- Booking in internal and external training.
- Entering, maintaining, and updating training needs analysis.
- Actioning training requests and inductions.
- Developing robust relationships with external training providers.
- Generating training and compliance reports weekly, including mandatory refresher training.
- Ensuring all personnel are compliant with the Training Needs Analysis.
- Maintain knowledge and awareness of changes to training packages throughout the industry.
- Provide support to Training Manager to achieve training deliverables.
**ABOUT YOU**
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience within an administrative, project support or customer service role.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced training environment.
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively and manage ad-hoc tasks effectively.
- Well-developed administrative skills, strong attention to detail and time management awareness.
- High organisational awareness and willingness to improve work processes and practices.
- Capable to develop and maintain professional interpersonal skills with all personnel and stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- Experience with training management systems and programs.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge.
