**Your new role**
- Develop and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
- Assess progress reports and work with the team to identify potential program management, implementation and compliance issues;
- Undertake moderately complex projects under the direction of supervisors;
- Perform research work and analysis including contribution to the preparation of reports on relevant program activities and/or project milestones;
- Draft briefing papers, correspondence and presentations for Assistant Directors, Director and Branch Manager;
- Contribute to section corporate management, planning and reporting processes; and
- Other duties in the administration of programs managed by the section, as required.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Program management experience.
- Experience with grant establishment and management.
- Experience in capital works grants.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to build productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Well-developed organisational, planning and time management abilities and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Good attention to detail; and ability to use initiative and problem-solve.
