Our Fed Gov client is seeking a dedicated APS6 Program Policy Officer to support a health project for the branch.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan, progress, and manage program-related tasks, including procurement, contract management, and invoicing.
- Navigate complex policy matters and execute associated implementation strategies effectively.
- Conduct thorough research to identify strategic linkages and insights.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, tailoring messages for different audiences.
- Provide administrative Secretariat support for external stakeholder groups.
- Manage coordination requests and shared mailboxes with judgment and initiative.
- Respond to general inquiries with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Contribute to a positive team culture and undertake additional duties as directed.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in managing program-related tasks, preferably within a government or healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in navigating complex policy matters and implementing associated strategies.
- Excellent research skills and ability to identify strategic linkages.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
- Experience providing administrative support for stakeholder groups.
