Our client, a reputable organisation within the utilities sector, are currently seeking a Training Specialist who will be responsible for the development and delivery of training to enable the successful delivery of a large scale, complex project of a new solution implementation involving HR, Payroll processes and technology.

**Role accountabilities**:

- Work closely and collaboratively with Learning and Capability, Subject Matter Experts, vendor, project team and key stakeholders, to understand training requirements and approaches.
- Develop and maintain a training plan that aligns with the agreed parameters of project success and effectiveness criteria.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and develop appropriate training solutions.
- Design and develop training content and materials (e.g. User guides, videos, FAQs, and other resources).
- Deliver training sessions through a variety of methods (e.g., classroom, virtual, e-learning, workshops).
- Provide post-training support, including answering user queries and assisting with system adoption challenges.
- Collaborate with Change Managers to ensure training aligns with broader change management strategies and to support project and training communications.
- Training evaluation and feedback, to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement or training documentation amendments.

**Experience required**:

- 3+ years' experience in training development and delivery, preferably within software implementation projects.
- Qualification in Training, Education, Human Resources, or other relevant field or equivalent work experience in these fields and demonstrated experience in a similar role.
- Cert IV level in Training and Assessment desirable.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), learning tools, and virtual training platforms (e.g., MS Teams).
