**About the opportunity**

As an Implementation specialist you will leverage your exceptional project management capabilities and financial accounting experience, combined with strong business analysis skills, and an understanding of change management to drive our implementation project from Xero over to NetSuite. This role would suit someone who has excellent attention to detail, experience meeting tight deadlines and an ability to manage changing priorities effectively.

**What you’ll do**:

- Manage and document all aspects of the project, tasks and status.
- Partner with the vendor to run effective project kick off meetings and project establishment activities.
- Assist with facilitation of data migration, ensuring a high level of quality control throughout the process.
- Effectively manage the delivery of scope, including engaging suitable team members throughout the implementation.
- Communicate priorities and requirements across internal and external teams with clarity.
- Maintain knowledge of all product features including the ability to train new users.
- Provide regular status updates on tasks and the overall project for internal stakeholders.

**About you**:

- Prior ERP implementation experience (preferably NetSuite, but not essential).
- Strong Project Management experience, demonstrating the ability to coordinate project activities cross-functionally, and end-to-end software project management.
- General accounting experience, with a CA or CPA qualification.
- Understanding of accounting principles and processes, including vendor billing, bill payments, customer invoicing, customer payments, banking and financial reporting.
- Solid experience with Microsoft Excel including pivot tables.
- CA or CPA qualified.
- Clear and effective communicator, with excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Timely, efficient and highly organised person who is project and process orientated with the ability to work to deadlines.
