This role forms part of the implementations team and is fundamental to enabling successful integration for clients into the CTM culture and experience. You will be great at understanding the technical aspects of the systems we use internally and provide solutions to internal and external customers. You will work with a diverse group of clients so being able to articulate and converse with a wide range of clients is essential. This role will ensure you provide the business with specialist knowledge and focus on our products and systems. Sharing knowledge with team members across all departments is going to be key. You will work closely with internal staff and external customers to implement new or additional functionality for CTMs online bookings tools, traveller profile management system and customer portal system. **About You**: - Demonstrated experience in systems administration, Product Support and developing client solutions - Extensive knowledge of travel online booking tools, functionality, systems, and business processes - Exceptional communication skills and ability to adapt and articulate to diverse users groups - Previous experience in the travel industry is highly regarded - A working knowledge of 'Tramada, Amadeus' and/or 'Sabre' is highly desired - Proven analytical and problem-solving skills - Customer and service focus commitment **Why CTM?** As a global organisation CTM offer a range of employee discounts which include travel discounts, Health and Wellness perks, Training and Development opportunities.
