**About the role**
Every one of our team contributes to helping make our members’ world better. As a **Training Specialist**, you will work in partnership with the ECIP Project team, Enterprise Change Delivery business unit, ART’s customer facing division’s, leaders, and other stakeholders, to lead and deliver customer-centric projects.
This role is responsible for the training design and delivery for the Enterprise Customer Interaction Platform (ECIP) Project, which will see the roll out of Genesys Cloud across ART.
Key accountabilities will include:
- Lead the training deployments in support of a large-scale customer interaction platform across multiple business units and more than 1000 end users.
- Develop creative, high quality training material and approaches that enable impacted users to quickly build the knowledge, skills and confidence required with mínimal disruption to teams and their customers.
- Measure, evaluate and report on the training and its effectiveness.
- Partner effectively with cross-functional teams within the organisation and with our technology partner to gather the information required to create comprehensive learning and support materials.
This role is available as a 10-month max-term/ secondment opportunity.
**About you**
If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may include:
- Extensive demonstrated experience operating as a training specialist, and in the development and delivery of online and classroom training materials using a variety of training software platforms.
- Extensive systems and process training experience including training needs analysis, design, delivery, and evaluation.
- Excellent attention to detail and thrives in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Significant experience in managing the logistics of large-scale training rollouts including to audiences in a work from home and geographically dispersed environment.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities and experience working within a change management team.
