**How will I help?**

As a Capability Manger you will be responsible for learning design strategies that will deliver best in class learning solutions for CBB (Consumer & Business Banking). Your strong stakeholder management skills, financial management experiences and ability to drive continuous improvement will ensure your success in this role

Role responsibilities will include:

- Partnering with business stakeholders to define high level design strategies for agreed programs of work
- Leading excellence in learning design
- Lead design partners / resources to deliver effective outcomes
- Coach, develop and mentor new Designers
- Define key learning objectives for all learning programs
- Work collaboratively with a broad group of stakeholders across the CBB and the Enterprise
- Drive innovative and continuous improvement opportunities across learning solutions

**What do I need?**
- Good communication skills and confidently manage stakeholder engagement
- Project management experience
- Ability to identify need for learning and capability
- Background in financial services is desirable
- Drive to develop and implement key learning initiatives across the division
- Leadership skills to integrate the enterprise future-focused capabilities into the learner experience
- An understanding of all elements of learning, designing, analysing, developing with good presentation skills
