**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **Lead Strategic Learning Initiatives**:You’ll be the driving force behind our learning frameworks, ensuring they align with both business needs and learner aspirations.
- **Develop Future Leaders**:Design and at times facilitate programs that hone the leadership capabilities of our top talent across the organisation.
- **Foster Collaboration**:Work closely with internal teams and external partners to curate and create engaging content that resonates with our diverse workforce.
- **Champion Innovation**:Promote new and effective ways to build capabilities that set us apart in the industry.
- **Deliver Excellence**:Ensure that all training programs meet the highest standards, driving performance, productivity, and engagement across the organisation.

**What You Bring**:

- **Experience**:With at least 10 years in Learning & Development, you have a proven track record of designing and delivering impactful programs in large, complex organisations.
- **Influencing Skills**:You’re a natural influencer with the ability to inspire and engage people at all levels. Your strategic vision and authentic natural leadership style are key to your success.
- **Innovative Mindset**:You’re not just keeping up with trends; you’re setting them. You know how to leverage modern learning methods to create programs that are as effective as they are engaging.
- **Collaborative Spirit**:You thrive in a matrixed environment, working across teams to deliver results. Your ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders is second to none.
