**How will I help?**

As a Capability Manager, you will drive capability development and maximize workforce performance by acting as the product owner for capability initiatives.

The role sits within the Business and Wealth COO Banker and Customer Experience function that comprises Strategy & CX, Communications, Business Institute, Process Simplification, Transformation Capability and Change Management

You will work closely with business leaders, functional teams, and employees to identify performance gaps, design customized solutions, and implement strategies to enhance individual and team capabilities.

You will lead capability development initiatives, collaborate with design partners to deliver effective outcomes, define key learning objectives for all programs, and work with stakeholders across the Consumer Division and the Enterprise.

Additionally, you will drive innovative and continuous improvement opportunities across learning solutions to ultimately improve employee effectiveness.

**Key responsibilities**
- Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration
- Portfolio specific performance consulting, including assessment and analysis, measurement, and evaluation
- Capability Development
- Product Ownership for Capability Initiatives
- Thought leadership and best practice.

**What do I need?**
- Cert IV Training and Assessment, or equivalent (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or Psychology (required)
- Demonstrated experience in performance consulting, capability development, or related fields (required)
- Proven track record in designing, implementing, and delivering successful performance improvement and capability development initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights
- Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and product ownership skills
- Knowledge of learning and development methodologies, adult learning principles, instructional design, and product management practices
- Familiarity with relevant tools, assessments, and technologies used in performance consulting, capability development, and product management.
