The Role

**This hands-on role focuses on 2 core areas**:
1. Capability Uplift
Support the design, development and delivery of learning programs tailored to meet the evolving needs of the organisation using blended learning solutions including e-learning, workshops, and coaching sessions to enhance employee and leadership capability.
Develop and maintain capability frameworks that provide a structured approach to workforce capability and skills development.
Identify skills gaps and create targeted learning interventions to address current and future workforce needs.
Support succession planning and other talent management processes to ensure a robust leadership pipeline.
Manage the corporate learning schedule (including mandatory training), ensuring it aligns with company goals and key calendar events.
2. Culture and Employee Experience
Develop and implement initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience, such as structured onboarding programs, cultural initiatives, and engagement activities ensuring alignment to broader strategic goals.
Oversee the implementation of performance frameworks that support employee development and recognition.
Develop and implement strategies that support cultural transformation, employee engagement, and organisational effectiveness.
Collaborate with senior leaders to design initiatives that promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB).
Measure and report on the impact of cultural and engagement initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with strategic goals.
About You
You’re a strategic and hands-on organisational development professional with a passion for driving workforce capability. You bring:
Experience in organisational development, capability building, talent and leadership development, or related HR functions.
Experience designing and implementing capability frameworks and skills matrices.
Experience designing and delivering programs and initiatives that build workforce capability (including designing frameworks, running workshops, coaching, and other blended learning approaches).
Knowledge of employee engagement strategies and the ability to translate feedback into action.
A background in project management and change leadership in an HR or OD context.
A data-driven mindset, using insights to inform decision-making and measure impact.
Desirable
A background in project management and change leadership in a HR or OD context.
Experience designing and implementing DEIB initiatives.
Experience using HRMS/LMS systems (ELMO preferable).
