**The role**
The Application Support Analyst is responsible for providing support to the financial systems.

The position analyses and enhances the delivery of functions and services in support of the Finance System and supports the training of its end users to ensure the effective operation of the Finance and Commercial Department.

It is a 12 months fixed term contract.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the management and maintenance of Technology One Financials
- Maintain the integrity and security of data in the Finance System
- Provide user maintenance and access to functions for end users
- Improve and deliver services in support of Finance Systems
- Provide initiative in the analysis and modification of functions in the system

**Required**
- Experience providing Application Support
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to identify training needs and to assist delivery of appropriate training to stakeholders
- Problem solving skills
- Good communication skills
