Permanent part-time position - 22.5 hours per fortnight
- Salary of $64,026 pro rata, part time plus super

We are looking for a flexible dynamic team member with a positive attitude and can do spirit to join our fast past team supporting the Western Beaches area. This position requires a highly motivated individual who can prioritise incoming work while supporting our North Community Service Teams in the delivery of quality services and responding to internal queries.

**Working hours will be **between 8am and 5pm, 3 days per fortnight.**
**Week 1 - Friday**
**Week 2 - Monday & Tuesday**
**Start and finish times will be discussed/negotiated with the team.**

**Responsibilities include**:

- Effective utilisation and rostering of support workers as requested by areas and teams to meet the needs of customers and their families
- Appropriate matching of support workers to customers by working in partnership areas and teams
- Support teams to work within budgets including travel costs/ support teams to submit internal referrals
- Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with all team members to deliver quality support to people
- Supports the triage of calls for neighbourhood teams
- Follow up with existing and potential customers re services
- Support neighbourhood teams to update support plans and notes where required
- Support the escalation of complaints and serious incidents to the appropriate person /area
- Undertake administrative procedures that support the requirements of the business.

**Selection criteria**:

- Displays attitudes and behaviours that demonstrate Avivo’s vision and values
- Demonstrated ability to organise and plan daily and weekly administrative activities
- Strong customer service experience with a proactive approach and keen attention to detail
- Previous experience with rostering of employees
- Previous experience hearing and actioning customer feedback
- Experience relating to registrations and discharging of customers
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and cohesively within a positive team environment
