**The Opportunity**
Based in our Osborne Park office you will be responsible for scheduling the rectification of any defect items of new home builds for our residential construction team. Working with the construction team, the successful applicant will need to provide the best possible customer service to our valued clients.

Experience within the building industry, such as maintenance administration, or previous employment in property management, aftersales/service or insurance industries will be highly regarded.

**About you**
- Excellent customer service skills resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction;
- Ability to build relationships with trades and maintenance teams;
- Strong problem solving skills;
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal ;
- A high attention to detail and level of accuracy;
- Proven ability to work to deadlines and prioritize tasks.
