**The Sales and Support Position**

Hughans Saw Service based in Osborne Park has been sharpening and supplying blades, tooling and related accessories to all the major manufacturing and processing industries for over 60 years. We are the largest Sharpening Service and Supply company in WA, priding ourselves in providing the highest level of service and turn-around times to our clients. We thrive on a friendly, supportive and loyal team culture with good working conditions. Our reps are responsible for providing excellent customer service and advice whilst also growing our business, with their expertise on our entire range of products and services.

A great opportunity has become available within our business for an experienced or trainee road representative. You must have a passion to be out on the road, servicing on average 35 customers/day within the Greater Perth area.

Applicants of all ages and backgrounds welcome as no experience is necessary as long as you have enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a keen interest in tooling. A strong work ethic and positive attitude are most important.

Salary + KPI related bonus + Super + Mobile + Vehicle for work use

Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday (No Weekends)

Training and mentorship will be provided

**Essential Skills and Experience**

To be successful in this role we will require you to:
Be articulate, well presented and self-motivated

Provide a high level of customer service with attention to detail and a customer focused attitude

Have the ability to work successfully both individually and as part of a team environment

Be well organised with excellent time management

Be able to learn and adapt quickly

Possess good computer and literacy skills

Hold a current Western Australian Drivers Licence, drive safely and courteously

Experience in the Saw Doctoring, Cabinet Making, Woodworking, Engineering or Metal Fabrication Industry would be advantageous but not essential

Sales experience in hardware stores, tooling and/or cutting machinery would be advantageous
