Business Traineeship- Justice Health

The Department of Justice and Community Safety is looking for a recent school leaver to undertake a Business Traineeship. This role specifically assists the Justice Health Team, who aim to improve the health of adults and youth offenders.
**About the Role**:
The position is responsible for performing a range of administrative tasks to support the Integrity and Investigations Team. The duties for this role include but are not limited to;
- Assist and provide support to staff on various tasks and projects.
- Create and maintain various records and correspondence—both manual and electronic
- General word processing and data entry
- Liaise with people at all levels, both within and outside of the Department
- Other duties as required
- Simultaneously completing a Certificate III in Business
**About you**:
- Complete general administrative functions such as answering telephones, data processing and filling
- Assist and provide support to staff on various tasks and projects
- Create and maintain various records and correspondence—both manual and electronic
- General word processing and data entry
- Liaise with people at all levels, both within and outside of the Department
- Other duties as required Effective time management and strong communication skills
