An excellent Business Traineeship opportunity has become available within the Department of Justice and Community Safety has become available within the Financial Reporting and Operations Division.
The Financial Reporting and Operations Division provides a comprehensive support service to the department covering purchasing and supplier activities, invoice processing, helpdesk coverage for purchasing, accounts payable and suppliers, payment processing, corporate card management and governance, and reporting.
**About the Role**:
The position is responsible for performing a range of administrative tasks to support Financial Reporting and Operations Division. The duties for this role include but are not limited to:
- Complete general administrative functions such as data processing and filling, office administration, secretariat functions (e.g., minute taking) and assisting with meeting organisation
- Assist and provide support to staff on various tasks and projects
- Create and maintain various records and correspondence—both manual and electronic
- General word processing and data entry
- Liaise with people at all levels, both within and outside of the Department
- Other duties as required
