**What you will bring to the role**
- An appropriate qualification in a field such as learning and development, education, or a related discipline
- Cert IV in Workplace Training & Assessment
- Experience with authoring tools, digital learning tools, social learning and neurosciences in learning
- Ability to design learning transfer evaluation models to measure the impact and effectiveness of learning solutions
- Demonstrated project management, budget management and stakeholder management of projects in an end-to-end capacity that has resulted in positive business outcomes
