About the Role
As part of our next growth chapter, we're on the lookout for a creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our global design team. You'll collaborate closely with our Global Design Lead to bring ideas to life across print, digital, social media, and even videography – ensuring our brand and message resonate worldwide.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a designer who loves variety, thrives on collaboration, and wants to play a key role in shaping the creative direction of a fast-growing global business.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality marketing production work across global markets
- Design and curate clinical assets (brochures, flyers, patient materials)
- Develop sales support materials including presentations, reports, and custom requests
- Build and refine templating systems for internal use
- Create engaging content for global social media channels
- Support our global exhibition presence, including stand design and messaging
- Contribute to diverse ad hoc projects, from office fit-outs to digital campaigns and company swag
About you
Must-Haves
- A self-starter who thrives both independently and in collaboration
- Strong written and communication skills – able to scope briefs and liaise confidently with stakeholders
- Exceptional attention to detail (you're the type who spots things others miss)
- A creative problem-solver with a pragmatic approach – you know when to aim for perfect and when to deliver fast
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a design role
- Bachelor Degree or relevant tertiary qualification
- Proficiency with Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office
Nice-to-Haves
- Videography (capture + editing)
- Photography skills
- Website design experience
