Marketing Specialist - Full time - Chase Wealth Australia - Camberwell Office

$90,000 Per annum Salary + Super + Bonuses

Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum 2 years employment experience

The Company has an amazing opportunity available for a full time Marketing Specialist, within our ever-growing Property Investment firm.

We are looking for the next asset to our team, who will support the company’s marketing activities.

**JOB TASKS and EXPECTATIONS**

You will plan, organise, direct, control and coordinate the Company’s marketing activities undertaken by the organisation.
- Planning and developing of advertising policies and campaigns to support sales objectives
- Advising Senior Management on advertising strategies and campaigns to reach target markets, creating consumer awareness and effectively promoting the benefits of Chase Wealth Australia’s services.
- Development and Coordination of the production of advertising campaigns involving a diverse range of activities, such as artwork approval, copywriting, media scripting, and online social media placement
- Monitoring the performance and activities of external Marketing Suppliers, inclusive of the provision of Supplier performance reports t Senior Management
- Researching potential demand and market characteristics of services offered by Chase Wealth Australia, and collecting and analysing data and other statistical information supporting business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives and our company policies.
- Undertaking market research to identify new market opportunities
- Advising and executing on all elements of marketing such as services offered by Chase Wealth Australia, analysing budget constraints, formulating solutions to identified constraints, having the ability to recognise new market strategies, advertising and sales promotion, creating and publishing marketing content.
- Development and implementation of strategies to promote the organisation’s services to new potential clients
- Development and implementation of strategies to generate increased consumption of the organisation’s services through the creation and reinforcement of ‘brand loyalty’ and recognition.
- Implementation of strategies to build and maintain the organisation’s image and reputation with its clients, investors and the wider public.
- Monitoring the performance of the of the Company’s social media marketing and online advertising
- Stay informed of regulatory updates and other changes within the relevant property related industries

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Qualification (Marketing further Education is highly desirable)
- Demonstrated 2 years of experience within a similar capacity
- Ability to effectively develop unique and bespoke marketing strategies
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems and various online marketing platforms

Pay: $90,000.00 per year
