- _Rotating Roster - Availability: 7am - 9pm / Monday - Sunday_
- _Melbourne CBD - In-Office Work_

- _Call centre experience or relevant is needed._
- _$74,000 incl super package_

- What will a normal day look like?_
- You will engage customers, build rapport and provide outstanding customer service solutions. You will also: _
- _Navigate through systems whilst maintaining customer engagement on the phone_
- _Taking incoming client calls for any questions relating to their Telecommunications account._
- _Maintain awareness of all consumer needs and offer effective responses,_
- handling technology faults, complaints and troubleshooting issues._
- _Resolve complaints related to billing or customer service_
- _Provide outstanding customer experiences_
- _Escalate to the appropriate group or leader if unable to successfully resolve the issue_
- _Communicate effectively and positively with field technicians and other key stakeholders_

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $74,500.00 per year
