**The Company**
Ventia is one of Australia's largest telecommunications systems integration service delivery organisations. We specialise in designing, building and operating challenging and critical telecommunications systems.

You will have the opportunity to become a valued member of our SAED (Site Acquisition Environment and Design) team. The in-house Site Acquisition team is integral in the delivery of end to end network roll-out deployments. They provide expert assistance to our clients on property acquisition, environmental, planning and heritage approvals, Native Title matters and the interpretation and utilisation of telecommunications-specific legislation.

**The Role**:
This role will see you assist the National SAED Manager and team in completing project functions via support with administration, coordination and document control and will include tasks such as:

- Conducting employee inductions and collating subcontractor and supplier documentation
- Assisting with data collection for customer hand-over packs
- Collation and production of reports including customer reporting, monthly governance, site reports
- Assisting in maintaining /reporting and controlling costs
- Reporting on project schedules and quality
- Assisting in raising project variations, project time extensions
- Project close report coordination and submission
- Adhoc project related reconciliation and reporting

**The person**:

- Project Support Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Project Coordinator/Administrator or similar.
- Previous experience in Telecommunications Industry (desirable)
- Solid MS Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Experience in SAP and SNOW (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
