**Your role**

Manage the operational service compliance and performance arrangements for vendor sourced services, specifically relating to Software both subscription and perpetual based. The role has day-to-day responsibility for ensuring myWorkZone is complaint with license agreements with a focus on ensuring the optimal delivery of myWorkZone product and services at an enterprise delivery level.

**What you’ll do**

Your role is to:

- Serve as the operational link between vendor service delivery teams and myWorkZone, acting as the single point of operational escalation for both vendors and internal clients regarding software issues.
- Monitor supplier performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to identify any discrepancies, guiding the development of corrective actions or opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Spot environmental, organizational, and user behaviors that impact service costs. Implement strategies to optimize vendor expenses by consolidating or decommissioning software used across DCJ.
- Take actions to mitigate and address risk audit findings, reducing non-compliance risks.
- Lead and provide insights for ongoing analysis and review of ICT service delivery, focusing on improving service and component availability. Investigate any breaches of availability targets and service outages and initiate corrective actions to enhance service provision.
- Establish solid processes during the transition and service acceptance phases to ensure projects hand over all relevant license agreements, forecast license costs, and confirm funding sources for software assets, ensuring the accuracy of the Software Asset Management System.
- Manage situations and participate in crisis management during business continuity events, acting as the Major Incident Manager for relevant incidents and serving as the escalation point for myWorkZone support staff.

**What we’re looking for**

- Fix issues where actual service levels don’t match expectations or agreements.
- Integrate system solutions across different platforms and technologies in various environments.
- Keep software licenses accurate and ensure everyone follows the agreed policies, procedures, and processes.
- Work independently to set priorities for themselves and any supervised staff, aligning with management.
- Take actions to address and reduce risks identified in audit findings, ensuring compliance.
