**The opportunity**

Device Technologies has an opportunity to join the critical care team in Victoria in a capital sales role as a Product Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve sales targets and deliver KPI’s;
- You will be responsible for positioning and promoting our range of highly specialised products across the prehospital, critical care, infant and maternal care public and private healthcare sector;
- Developing strong customer relationships through professional presentation and product knowledge combined with superior selling skills;
- You will define and customise point of sale or post sale service contracts;
- You will define change management strategies that support new customers, establishing the necessary steps for change, and monitoring pre and post change activities to ensure successful implementation;
- You will identify opportunities, deliver, measure and report on sales strategies;
- You will maintain meaningful documentation of customer activity and sales funnel accuracy in Salesforce;This role requires occasional weekend and evening work e.g. attendance at conferences
- 20% depending on territory; includes overnight travel;
- Able to freely interact with diverse healthcare stakeholders;
- Should be able to assess the various needs within the critical care environment.

**Experience required**:
Essential
- Critical Care experience required and the ability to confidently support the customers in ventilation, Infant and maternal capital equipment (adult, pediatric, eeonatal hospital accounts).
- Capital sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Critical care clinical experience (eg. NICU, ICU, ED) will be advantageous.
