**About the Opportunity**

The Product Specialist - Roadside Products will be supporting the Roadside Products Team in delivering on the department’s growth mandate. The position requires portfolio performance management across pricing, product profitability, member retention and requires strong stakeholder engagement and management across Fulfilment, Marketing, Sales & Service Channels and Digital.

Reporting to the Head of Roadside Products the Product Specialist - Roadside Products focuses in undertaking analysis and preparing reports relating to development of the business plan, potential enhancements / extensions to the product range, (i.e. marketplace assessment, sales review, incident rates, retention rates, and business case projections.)

You will be developing business cases for product enhancements including financial

Evaluations as well as building and maintaining effective internal relationships with key stakeholders and members to ensure products are developed with appropriate consultation.

**What you’ll need to be successful**
- Tertiary qualifications in relevant business discipline such as commerce, law, economics,
- science, engineering or marketing
- 2-4 years’ experience in product function in a B2C environment, product and business
- development
- Product experience in roadside (ERA, drive school etc) will be desirable
- Experience in a sales/marketing environment
