**Who we are seeking**

A talented and experienced payroll professional who is a specialist in the TA function of our payroll software. Your background may be as an Implementation Consultant, Payroll Manager, Product or Project manager, or you might already be a Time and Attendance Specialist with another software provider.

**What you need**

Reporting to the Product Owner you will be one of the technical experts in TA21. You will work closely with clients - internal and external - to not only impart your knowledge but to gain valuable feedback to assist with the future development of the product.

To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and experience:
- Demonstrated experience in Time and Attendance software - preferably TA21
- User experience management and strong market research and analysis skills
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships
- Proven analytical and relationship building skills
- Advanced communication skills - verbal and written

You are self motivated and managed, with superior troubleshooting and investigative skills as well as previous experience in payroll processing.
