We are seeking a passionate and energetic leader in the role of Business Support and Administrative Manager, within the Division of Perioperative and Critical Care at Western Health.
The POCC Division employs over 1,600 staff in the areas of Surgery, Anaesthesia, Intensive Care and Cardiology. The Business Support & Administrative Staff Manager provides a key leadership role, managing the recruitment process and remuneration of Senior Medical Staff across the division, managing the divisional administrative team and working with the various team members on continual process and systems improvements, taking the lead on specific redesign initiatives as required.
To be Successful in this Role you possess the following:
- Proficient understanding of Perioperative and Critical Care Services
- Excellent understanding of recruitment process
- Grad Cert, Diploma or similar qualification in Healthcare and Leadership
- Demonstrate high level management skills
- Experience with process improvement
