We are looking for Business Brokers or Real Estate Agents to join our team in Melbourne Victoria. Ideally you will be a qualified business broker or real estate agent looking for additional opportunities.

SBX was one of the early adopters of technology and has a customised platform which integrates with the leading business for sale websites. As result of this, we receive a very high number of visits to our website plus obtain high volumes of enquiry through the external portals. We also generate vendor leads through our site and social media channels. Our brokers come from all backgrounds and nationalities but all work towards a common goal of achieving the best deal for all parties.

**LEADS & COMMISSIONS**
- Dedicated vendor & buyer leads from head office
- An attractive commission on sales and up-front fees on listings

**ACTIVITIES**
- Training in SBX Systems & Processes
- Onsite Vendor Listing Inspections
- Evaluating the Market & Business Appraisal
- Negotiating Agency Agreement
- Preparing the Listing
- Manage Buyer Enquiries
- Business Sales Process Support
- Annual CPD (NSW only)

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Licenced Real Agent or Business Broker
- Prior experience as a business owner
- Proven experience in sales - any industry considered
- Strong business acumen

**Job Type**: Subcontract

**Salary**: $46,859.08 - $100,000.00 per year
