You will know how to maximize occupancy, grow revenue and the average rate whilst delivering high service standards. You can pick up a P&L and plan for the future, report on your current successes and drive the team to reach its full potential.

The successful applicant will have:

- History of being a successful hotel manager
- Previous experience in hotel operational management roles
- Demonstrated passion and skill with team leadership and mentoring
- Experience within strata title complexes and managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously
- Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment, whilst creating and implementing structure for the future
- Financially astute and can adapt to the everchanging landscape of the hotel environment
- Exceptional skills in delivering fantastic customer experiences
- High attention to detail and can find & implement solutions with confidence
- Sound sales & marketing and revenue & distribution knowledge
- Previous experience with hotel property management systems - experience with RMS will be advantageous
- Ability to create a positive work environment that engages the team and maximises productivity and experiences

**Salary**: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
