**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED**
- Previous management experience within a Hotel environment
- Commercial knowledge of budgets, resource management and key levers for success
- Proven success in recruiting, leading and supporting staff to guarantee a high performing team culture
- Strategic business insight
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication and leadership qualities
- Planning and organisational skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Computer literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Office
