**About the Role**:
Our client, established in 2013, is based right in the heart of the CBD, near Crown Casino, Melbourne Convention, and the Exhibition Centre. They are managing over 100 Self-Contained Apartments, residing guests for short-stay, Corporate, leisure, and long-term rentals.

We are seeking a General Manager reporting to Duty Director and overlooking a staffing pool of 25-30 casual, part time and subcontractors.

**Key required tasks**:

- Liaising with Real Estate agents and Landlords
- Monitor the Managerial Team
- Assist with staff hire and dismissals
- Manage AirBnB bookings, reviews, and report issues.
- Organise Sales and Promotions

**About you**:
You will be required to have a minimum of 5 years of Management Experience in the same or similar industry. You will need to have excellent communication and personable skills. Have the ability to adapt to flexible work hours. Be able to handle multiple tasks

FHR is a privately owned company established in 2001. FHR operates across Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia, and Queensland employing over 35 full-time staff servicing both small medium, and large enterprises.
- You will be required to meet a pre-employment criteria which will include a criminal history check._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $100,000.00 per year
