As a Field Service Technicians you'll be working mainly on CNC machines installing, repairing and maintaining equipment and providing training and expert advice to our clients.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Systems Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with users to identify their system requirements, develop comprehensive system plans and documentation, review and enhance existing systems, and design or modify solutions that effectively address business needs.

**Key Responsibilities of the role**:

- Identifying, investigating, and analyzing business processes, procedures and work practices
- Assess and resolve technological limitations in existing systems, processes, and methods, including coding, testing, debugging, deployment, and performance monitoring of ICT systems.
- Acting as a key advisor in system project decisions by offering guidance and expertise, and addressing system inefficiencies
- Developing user manuals and training materials, and delivering formal training sessions.

**You will have the following skills and experience**:

- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose practical solutions.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with risk management and performance monitoring in software development projects.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documenting processes and improvements.

Pay: $91,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
