We are seeking a self-driven, proactive and passionate team player to help us build value drivers across our café operations. In this role, you'll need to roll your sleeves up at an operational level, collaborate closely with internal users, oversee system functionality, and drive continuous improvements. You will be well supported by an experienced team with a common goal to achieve overall success at Anglicare.

Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Engage with internal users to ensure the Lightspeed POS system meets their needs and integrates smoothly with daily operations.- Maintain the café systems' integrity and performance by overseeing data and assist with change management processes.- Review and optimise spend by ensuring products and pricing on the purchasing system align with negotiated contracts.- Create and maintain a digitized view of café systems and look for opportunities to develop improvements.- Promptly resolve system and process issues while monitoring governance and ensuring compliance with Anglicare values, policies and regulatory requirements- Continuously evaluate and enhance the POS system's functionality to improve operational efficiency.- Identify opportunities for innovation in revenue, cost and inventory management.- Help to assess the use of café systems, ensuring all functionalities are fully leveraged.

Skills:
- Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.- Experience with point of sales (POS) systems (Lightspeed preferred) would be ideal- Proficiency in comprehending a business system- A high level grasp of the fundamental operations and inner mechanisms of a business- Proven project experience- Analytical mindset to assess systems, identify improvements, and drive innovation.- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.- Willingness to self-travel to various Anglicare sites across Sydney

Qualifications and Experience- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or, Information Technology.- Experience as an analyst.- Experience with process mapping.- Experience in systems administration, in system optimisation and process improvement initiatives.- Current NSW Driver’s licence
