Pirtek's National Office requires a motivated, enthusiastic person who takes pride in their work to join their team as a Business Analyst.

This role offers a good start for anyone looking to build practical experience, expand their knowledge, and grow their career in a stable and well-established organisation.

The Role

As a Business Analyst at Pirtek, you will provide actionable business insights by extracting, analysing, and reporting on data across all key areas including Sales, Products, Franchising, Supply Chain, and Pricing. Your work will directly support business decisions, franchise growth, and operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will:

  • Produce and maintain dashboards, reports, and business analysis to support all departments.
  • Conduct Franchise Territory Risk Assessments and Reviews to ensure optimal performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead the annual Franchise of the Year reporting process.
  • Facilitate the Sales Budget process for Retail and Wholesale franchises.
  • Manage and maintain master data to ensure accurate reporting and business insights.

You

To be considered for this position you will ideally possess:

  • Strong knowledge of SQL, VBA, Python with database knowledge;
  • Advanced Excel skills;
  • The ability to convert raw data into meaningful insights and presentations in PowerPoint;
  • The ability to manage large datasets and develop dashboard reporting;
  • Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to prioritise effectively; and
  • Understanding of financial concepts including cash flow with P&L (highly regarded).
