Talenza have been engaged by a top tier Financial Services organization to source a Change Specialist to work on a high impact data transformation program.

This opportunity is a long-term max term contract for 3 years, offering flexible work arrangements.

**The Role**:
As the Change Specialist you will work collaboratively with Scrum teams and across the organisation to embed, influence and lead change that impacts processes, structure, people, and systems.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Change Specialist to plan and implement change management strategies and activities across this high impact data transformation program.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement change management strategies and activities to support the delivery of business objectives and outcomes relating to the consolidation of the companies data on the enterprise data warehouse.
- Day to day, reporting to the Business and Change Manager, you will lead change efforts working closely with Scrum teams, external and internal business stakeholders, IT and Enterprise Data Office to provide change management expertise and leadership.
- Assess training needs and assist with documentation.
- Ensure the stakeholder matrix is up to date.

**Skills & Experience Needed**:

- Tertiary qualifications relevant to banking or relevant experience.
- Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci or APMG Change Management Practitioner) or equivalent (Desirable).
- Extensive knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with project management approaches including Agile (Scrum) and traditional phases of the project lifecycle.
- Exposure to Business and IT Operating models and processes.
- Demonstrated leadership, influencing and relationship management skills across all levels of stakeholders.
